Grand Hyatt Vail
Looking for a fun and unique afternoon next to Gore Creek? Book your next staycation at the Grand Hyatt Vail and enjoy fluffy llama friends from Paragon Guides during a one-hour yoga classes on select Saturdays throughout the summer. The experience is family-friendly and perfect for any yoga level. The next classes are Aug. 19 and Sept. 23, both at 3 p.m. To learn more, call 970.476.1234.
Vail Stables
At Vail Stables, goats plus yoga equals “GOGA,” a one-hour experience filled with lots of laughs. Located in the outdoor yoga studio, the yoga class lasts 45 minutes and the last 15 minutes are reserved for posing and pictures with the small goats. Classes are $40 and start at 8:30 a.m. on select dates throughout the summer.
Vail Mountain
Located at the top of Gondola One, yogis are invited to breathe in crisp Rocky Mountain air with these 50-minute yoga classes. Classes are held every Saturday at Mid-Vail until Aug. 27 from 10 to 11 a.m. Mountain Top Yoga tickets are $10 each with a 2022-23 Epic Pass or $60 without (includes gondola ticket).
Solaris Plaza
Join Dryland Fitness by Gravity Haus for free community yoga at Solaris Plaza. The experienced teachers craft the class to be suitable for all yoga levels, so all you need is your yoga mat and you’re ready to flow! Class starts at 9 a.m. every Saturday until Sept. 16.
Betty Ford Alpine Gardens
For the nature lover, these zen yoga classes are a great way to start the morning. Led by a local instructor, students are surrounded by world-class plant collections, buzzing hummingbirds and a rushing waterfall at the Alpine Plaza. Mats are available and no pre-registration is required. Classes start at 9 a.m. on Monday, Wednesday and Friday throughout the summer and are $20.
Spa Anjali
Looking to try an aerial sound bath? Or a hot stone yin and restorative yoga class? Maybe yoga with a live DJ? Throughout the summer, the Athletic Club at Spa Anjali has a plethora of wellness themed events and workshops at both their movement studio and select outdoor venues. Check their website for the schedule. Members and Westin guests can participate for $20, and a non-member day pass is $50.
