Earl Grey Martini from Zino Ristorante

Zino Ristorante, located in Edwards, has been a beloved dining destination since the 90s. Known for its warm, lively atmosphere and authentic Italian cuisine, combines traditional dishes with innovative creations. After a brief hiatus, the restaurant reopened in 2010 under the leadership of Vail restaurant pioneer Kevin Clair and Italian-born restaurateur Giuseppe Bosco, with Nick Haley stepping in as executive chef. Haley is now at the helm, as Zino maintains its status as a local favorite, season after season.

FEATURING BARTENDER ARIANNE CRUZ

Arianne Cruz, born and raised in the Philippines, migrated to the United States in 2017 and has been a resident of Eagle County for the last six years. Her start in the industry began as line cook, transitioned to server and graduated to bartender. With great work ethics, quality customer service and a love for helping people, it hasn’t been hard for her to push herself into leading roles. After stepping back to start a family with her husband Cody, she has since joined the Zino family where she has become the head of its craft cocktail program — and creator of the Earl Grey Martini.
