Ashtanga is the union of the eight limbs of yoga, into one complete, holistic system. Often described as a dynamic and vigorous practice, Ashtanga strengthens the physical body, increases flexibility, improves balance and concentration, while cultivating mental clarity through mindful breathing. In this workshop, you will discuss the basics of the eight limbs of yoga and their integration into the Ashtanga yoga practice.
