Gravity Haus members are invited to an elevated happy hour with High West Distillery in the Members Bar in the Lounge, featuring a guided whiskey tasting and a hands-on Old Fashioned experience. Designed to be both educational and approachable, the event welcomes longtime whiskey enthusiasts and those new to exploring the spirit.
Guests will sample several High West whiskey styles while learning how ingredients and techniques influence flavor, balance and aroma. The experience concludes with a curated progression of Old Fashioneds, each crafted to showcase a distinct whiskey profile and approach.
Each attendee will receive a 375-milliliter bottle of High West’s barrel-aged Old Fashioned ready-to-serve cocktail, allowing the experience to continue beyond the event.
