Leading the evolution is the highly anticipated opening of Zuma Vail on June 11. As the brand’s first U.S. alpine destination, Zuma brings one of the world’s most celebrated contemporary Japanese dining experiences to Vail. Known globally for its signature izakaya-style concept, vibrant atmosphere and elevated cuisine, Zuma Vail introduces an exciting new culinary destination featuring sushi and robata counters, premium sake and Japanese whisky selections, signature cocktails and a sophisticated social energy unlike anything else in the valley.
Complementing the arrival of Zuma, The Gambit Bar has reopened for the summer season, welcoming guests Wednesday through Saturday from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m. Located on the lobby level, The Gambit Bar offers a relaxed yet refined setting to gather after a day of mountain adventures, shopping or exploring Vail Village.
This summer, guests can enjoy a refreshed menu featuring seasonal flavors alongside the bar’s collection of artful cocktails crafted by expert mixologists. Beginning in July, live music returns to The Gambit Bar Wednesday through Saturday from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., creating the perfect backdrop for summer evenings in Vail.
