Say the word “vitality.” Feel the letters fall off your lips. Invite your body to fall into a trance of holistic wholeness.
Sofia Chay, founder and owner of Vitality, formerly The Vitality Collective, always knew her studio was destined for more space. Now, she and her brand have found the ideal and most prolific home from Chambers Avenue to Eagle Ranch. The new destination is next to Color Coffee, in what was previously Rose Sky Boutique. Chay renamed the studio with the move, emphasizing that Vitality embodies how she wants people to feel both during and after their practice.

“The Vitality Collective will always be the heart of what we are doing,” Chay says. “We are recognizing every person as a part of the collective. We are here to benefit the community’s mental, physical, spiritual and emotional well-being.”
Chay and her team are continuing to offer a plethora of classes: MELT Method, aromayoga, sound bath meditation, yoga sculpt, vinyasa, dynamic vinyasa, high-intensity interval training, yin yoga, restorative yoga, Pilates and more. Practicing a variety of movements optimizes full-body wellness and is crucial for sustainable vitality. These offerings bridge strength and stretching to create a synergistic effect within your body. Their practice room is also a workshop and event space for the Vitality team and for community members to rent.
There is also the Vitality treatment room, where renowned practitioners offer a range of services, including hands-on treatments, coaching, mentoring, energy healing and breathwork. Chay offers myofascial release, Michele LaVire specializes in acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine and River Norberg provides reiki. You can book these treatments, along with those from other esteemed practitioners, through Vitality’s website or with the healers directly.
The interiors echo Scandinavian and accents and a comforting, simplistic visual aesthetic. Vitality’s rebranded logo is the Scandinavian rune for health and vitality. Chay chose this because she feels the shape itself evokes an abundant life force. The linework is nuanced — some see a home; some see a goddess pose. No matter how one interprets the shape, Chay hopes everyone finds emanating joy in everyday life.
“This work is more important than ever,” Chay emphasizes. “I see that so strongly. Take one hour that is fully unplugged. We want to go deeper, and take the time to connect, observe, empower and move through life with tools, community and support.”
Vitality is currently open, inviting you to immerse yourself in your energy through invigorating movement and transformative treatments.
